1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using any part of the Auravestia platform (“Service”), you agree to these Terms.
2. Description of service
Auravestia provides autonomous AI-powered stock predictions and advisory-grade research intelligence — directional predictions, confidence levels, price targets, risk analysis, and market intelligence. All reports are generated entirely by AI without human intervention. The Service supplements your own research and does not constitute financial advice.
3. Account registration
- Accurate information required
- You are responsible for account security
- Must be 18+ years of age
- One account per individual unless authorized
4. Beta program
During beta, access is subject to:
- Non-disclosure agreement acceptance
- Understanding that features may change
- Platform provided “as is” with beta-specific terms
- Feedback may be used to improve the platform
5. Subscriptions and billing
- Starter tier: 30 predictions per month, $19.99/mo
- Paid tiers: Monthly billing, credits reset each cycle, no rollover
- Upgrade/downgrade effective next billing cycle
- Cancel anytime; access through current period
- 30-day refund for new paid subscriptions
- Beta pricing locked for current members
6. Acceptable use
You agree NOT to:
- Redistribute or resell Auravestia predictions without authorization
- Reverse-engineer analytical methodology
- Use unauthorized automated tools to extract data
- Use the Service for market manipulation or illegal activity
- Share account credentials
- Misrepresent predictions as professional financial advice
You acknowledge that all predictions are generated by autonomous AI without human review and accept the inherent characteristics of AI-generated content.
7. Intellectual property
All predictions, methodologies, and frameworks are Auravestia's intellectual property. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license for personal investment research.
