3. AI processing
Predictions are generated by autonomous AI. Your search queries are processed automatically to generate predictions — no human analyst views your individual searches or search history. AI processing is fully automated.
4. Who we share with
We share with: Payment processors, infrastructure providers (with agreements), legal requirements
We NEVER share with: Advertisers, data brokers, marketing platforms
5. Security
Encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest (AES-256). Industry-standard hashing. Regular security assessments.
6. Retention
Active accounts: retained while active. Deleted accounts: personal data removed within 30 days.
7. Your rights
Access, correct, delete, export your data. Opt out of marketing. Contact: privacy@auravestia.com
8. Cookies
Essential (session, auth), preferences (theme), analytics (usage improvement). Manageable via browser.
9. Children
Not intended for under 18.
10. Changes
Material changes communicated via email. Continued use = acceptance.
